"Du willst unabhängig und spontan sein?" Some Address Forms in Business Communication

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of reaching out in business communication on Instagram. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The beginning of the theoretical part focuses on addressing as such and describes its nominal and pronominal forms. Next, the theoretical part deals with the topic of address and describes the pragmatic aspects of addressing. Finally, the theoretical part describes business communication and social media, which is followed by the practical part of the thesis. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the Instagram posts of the three selected companies. In the analysis, a total of 60 Instagram posts will be described and each of them will be commented and the salutation used by the company will be determined. The source of all the posts is Instagram, where each firm has shared each post, from the inception of their Instagram to the present.

Abstract:

Diese Bachelorarbeit befasst sich mit dem Thema der Anrede in der Wirtschaftskommunikation auf Instagram. Die Arbeit gliedert sich in einen theoretischen und einen praktischen Teil. Der Beginn des theoretischen Teils konzentriert sich auf die Anrede als solche und beschreibt ihre nominalen und pronominalen Formen. Der theoretische Teil befasst sich dann mit dem Thema Siezen und Duzen und beschreibt die pragmatischen Aspekte der Anrede. Schließlich werden im theoretischen Teil Unternehmenskommunikation und soziale Medien beschrieben, worauf der praktische Teil der Arbeit folgt. Der praktische Teil ist der Analyse der Instagram-Posts der drei ausgewählten Unternehmen gewidmet. In der Analyse werden insgesamt 60 Instagram-Posts beschrieben und jeweils kommentiert sowie die vom Unternehmen verwendete Anrede ermittelt. Die Quelle aller Beiträge ist Instagram, wo jedes Unternehmen jeden Beitrag geteilt hat, von den Anfängen bis heute.
