Centrem pozornosti této bakalářské práce je oblast mentoringu jako jedné z forem profesního rozvoje učitelů v mateřské škole. Mentoring je v posledních letech intenzivněji zkoumanou a používanou strategií nejen v podnicích, ale i v oblasti školství a tedy i v mateřské škole. Main focus of this Bachelor's thesis is the area of mentoring as a form of professional development for teachers in kindergarten.
