Appraisal Report for Mortgage Market
Abstract:
Anotace: V první teoretické části této práce se zabývám sestavením postupu při stanovení tržní hodnoty nemovitostí pro hypoteční trh s důrazem na možná rizika při tomto oceňování. V druhé praktické části je provedeno ocenění – stanovení tržní hodnoty ( obvyklé ceny) rodinného domu a bytového domu. Ve třetí části této práce je zpracována analýza trhu Statutárního města Liberec.

Annotation: In the first theoretical part of this work I focus on completing steps necessary for setting the mortgage market value. There I stress possible risks of this appraisal. The second practical part contains appraisal – assessment of the mortgage market value (typical prices) of a family house and a block of flats.
