Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem k přestavění tzv. brownfieldu, tj. starší a nevyužité prostory, budovy a areály k užitkovým účelům. Pro svoji práci jsem použil areál znojemského pivovaru, pro který jsem se snažil najít nejvhodnější řešení, jak chátrající budovy zužitkovat. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the proposal for reconstruction of so-called brownfield, ie older and unused spaces, buildings for utility purposes. For my work I used the area of Znojmo brewery (forsaken buildings), for which I tried to find the most suitable solution.
