The importance of PR in the implementation of the health care facilities

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem „Implementace Public relations do zdravotnických zařízení“. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy jako marketing, marketingová komunikace a věnuje se především public relations. Zobrazuje jeho historický vývoj a jeho nové technologie. Dále vymezuje pojem zdravotnictví, public relations a jeho implementace do zdravotnických zařízení. Snaží se také proniknout do komunikace ve zdravotnictví. V praktické části se budeme zabývat podrobnou analýzou zubní ordinace „MEDIMADE s. r. o.“. Hlavním cílem bude zjistit, jak je vnímán pacient jako klient, a to jak z jeho strany, tak i ze strany zubních lékařů. A jaké komunikační strategie ordinace využívá v moderním pojetí oboru zdravotnictví. Také bych u jednotlivých zdravotnických zařízení vyjmenovala a popsala ucelené akce,events kterých se zúčastňují nebo je pořádají.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the "Implementing Public relations into health care facilities" theme. The theoretical part explains terms such as Marketing and Marketing communication and is mainly focused on Public relations. It shows its historical development and its new technologies. Furthermore, it defines the concept of healthcare, public relations and its implementation into healthcare facilities. In the practical part, there is a detailed analysis of dental surgery MEDIMADE, s. r. o. The main aim is to determine, how the patient is perceived as a client both from his point of view as well as by dentists. And, at the same time, what communication strategy is used by the surgery in a modern concept in healthcare. I would also enumerate and describe coherent actions, events which the individual healthcare facilities participate in or organize.
