Abstract:

Cieľom diplomovej práce je syntéza a následné určenie biologickej aktivity nových kinetínových derivátov s antisenescenčným a protistarnúcim efektom. Teoretická časť zahrňuje všeobecné informácie o cytokinínoch, ich klasifikáciu, biosyntézu, degradáciu a signalizáciu. The aim of this diploma thesis is the synthesis and determination of biological activity of the new kinetin derivatives with potential antisenescence and anti-aging effect. Theoretical part includes general information about cytokinins, their classification, biosynthesis, degradation and signalization.
