Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení problematiky metalurgické svařitelnosti homogenních svarových spojů austenitických Cr-Ni (Mo) ocelí se zaměřením na poznání základních degradačních mechanismů. Teoreticko-metodická část práce se zabývá vysvětlením pojmu a podstaty svařování, rozdělení technologie svařování, svařování metodou TIG/WIG 141, celkovými degradačními mechanismy svarových spojů pro austenitické Cr-Ni (Mo) oceli a jejich metalografickým popisem, faktory svařitelnosti a problematika svařitelnosti v jaderné energetice dle dostupných zdrojů a literatury. Aplikační část se zabývá zkoumáním svarových vzorků, které byly poskytnuty společností ČEZ a. s. na kterých jsou provedeny kontroly svarových spojů, které můžeme rozdělit jako nedestruktivní (NDT), destruktivní (DT) a laboratorní (LT) dle ČSN EN ISO norem. Pro kontrolu povrchových vad využijeme vizuální kontrolu, kapilární (penetrační) zkoušku. Vnitřní vady se kontrolují pomocí metody radiografické (prozařovací) zkoušky. Dále pak je provedena chemická rozborová analýza vzorků. Pro destruktivní zkoušky byla provedena makroskopická a mikroskopická kontrola a zkouška mikrotvrdosti podle Vickerse. V závěru práce proběhne diskuse výsledků a návrhů na opatření, ve kterých dojde ke popsání a stanovení možností různého využití v praxi. Poslední kapitola bude věnovaná celkovému shrnutí dosažených výsledků a poznání bakalářské práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the issue of metallurgical weldability of homogeneous welded joints of austenitic Cr-Ni (Mo) steels with a focus on the knowledge of basic degradation mechanisms. The theoretical and methodological part of the thesis deals with the explanation of the concept and essence of welding, division of welding technology, TIG / WIG 141 welding, overall degradation mechanisms of welded joints for austenitic Cr-Ni (Mo) steels and their metallographic description, weldability factors and weldability issues in nuclear energy according to available sources and literature. The application part deals with the examination of weld samples, which were provided by ČEZ a.s. on which inspections of welded joints are performed, which can be divided as non-destructive (NDT) and destructive (DT) according to ČSN EN ISO standards. We will use visual inspection, capillary (penetration) test to check surface defects. Internal defects are checked using a radiographic (radiation) test method. Furthermore, a chemical analysis of the samples is performed. Macroscopic and microscopic inspection and Vickers microhardness test were performed for destructive tests. At the end of the work there will be a discussion of results and proposals for measures, which will describe and determine the possibilities of various uses in practice. The last chapter will be devoted to a general summary of the achieved results and knowledge of the bachelor thesis.
