The Influence of Detailed Structural Survey on Value of Property
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza a výsledek prováděného stavebně technického průzkumu na hodnotu oceňované nemovitosti. Jsou zde popsány základní vady a poruchy, se kterými je možno se setkat v praktickém životě při provádění průzkumu staveb. Součástí práce je i praktická ukázka nedostatečně provedeného stavebně technického průzkumu a jeho vliv na prováděnou rekonstrukci objektu.

The aim of this work is the analysis and the outcome of a construction and technical research on the value of property valuation. There are described basic defects and disorders with which it is possible to encounter in everyday life in the implementation of research projects.
