Use of cost controlling in management in a selected company

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním návrhu začlenění nákladového controllingu ve vybraném podniku. Cílem je začlenit nový controllingový nástroj do procesu řízení podniku a zvýšit tak podniku povědomí o jejich hospodárnosti v rámci nákladů. Autorka diplomové práce výzkum prováděla ve Zemědělském družstvu Podchlumí Dobrá Voda. První část práce se věnuje teoretickým poznatkům controllingu. Druhá část se zaobírá metodami a nástroji controllingu. Ve třetí části je blíže specifikován nákladový controlling, kterému se autorka věnuje. Ve čtvrté části je charakterizován vybraný podnik a vytvořena předběžná kalkulace podniku. V poslední kapitole se autorka věnuje shrnutí zjištěných výsledků a doporučení a řešení problémů v analyzovaném podniku v rámci controllingu. Kromě předběžné kalkulace autorka analyzovala podnik i pomocí strategických controllingových nástrojů.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a proposal for the integration of cost controlling in a selected company. The aim is to integrate a new controlling tool into the company's management process and thus increase the company's awareness of their cost-effectiveness. The author of the diploma thesis conducted the research in the Agricultural cooperative Podchlumí Dobrá Voda. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical knowledge of controlling. The second part deals with controlling methods and tools. The third part specifies the cost controlling, which the author deals with. The fourth part characterizes the selected company and creates a preliminary calculation of the company. In the last chapter, the author summarizes the results and recommendations and solutions to problems in the analysed company within controlling. In addition to the preliminary calculation, the author also analysed the company using strategic controlling tools.
