Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza vybraného podniku a inovace vybraných subsystémů s vysokým potenciálem změny. V této práci byla provedena analýza konkurenčního prostředí, následně analýza interního prostředí podniku a analýza portfolia. The subject of this thesis is an analysis of selected company and innovation of selected subsystems with a high alteration potential. The Competitive environment analysis, Analysis of an internal company environment and a Portfolio analysis were executed within this thesis.
