Social Deviation and Illegal Acts

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá oblastí násilí na pracovišti v letectvu AČR. Cílem práce je nalézt odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku: Setkali se příslušníci XY. vrtulníkové letky během kariéry u letectva s nějakou formou násilí na pracovišti? Ve své teoretické části se práce zabývá sociální deviací, protiprávním jednáním, jevy souvisejícími s násilím na pracovišti (mobbing, bossing) a právním zasazením těchto pojmů. V metodologické části je definována výzkumná strategie a postup zpracování dat. V analytické části jsem shrnul jednotlivá zjištění, která vyplynula z dotazníkového šetření a ze studia vnitřních dokumentů. Výsledkem práce bylo poukázání na výskyt násilí na pracovišti na XY. vrtulníkové letce a formulace doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the area of violence at the workplace in the Air Force of the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to find the answer to the main research question: Have the members of the XY. helicopter squadron ever met some forms of violence at the workplace during their careers in the Air force? In its theoretical part, the thesis deals with social deviation, lawless behaviour, phenomenas concerning the violence at the workplace (mobbing, bossing) and implementation of these concepts into the legal framework. The methodological part defines the research strategy and the procedure of data processing. In the analytical part, I summed up the individual findings that emerged from the questionnaire survey and the study of internal documents. The result of the thesis was to point out the incidence of violence at the workplace of the XY. heli squadron and formulation of recommendations for practice.
