Blackstart feasibility verification in Opatovice Power Station as one of the fundamental parts of the Smart Grid system.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá možností praktické realizace Blackstartu elektrárny Opatovice. Kladný výsledek zkoušky by zkrátil dobu obnovení dodávek elektrické energie do distribuční sítě. Tím by byla zvýšena energetická bezpečnost aglomerace Hradec Králové, Pardubice a Chrudim. Byla zkoumána možnost napájení vlastní spotřeby elektrárny Opatovice z malé vodní elektrárny Práčov. Součástí diplomové práce je provedení simulačních výpočtů přechodných dějů v distribuční soustavě a vyhodnocení schopnosti najetí vlastní spotřeby elektrárny Opatovice. Výpočty byly provedeny v programu MATLAB. Tento krok je nezbytný před provedením reálné zkoušky.

Abstract:

The Diploma Work concerns with the possibility of practical realization of Opatovice Power Station Black start. Positive result of the test would result in shortening the time for power supply restoration in the distribution grid. Hereby the power safety of the agglomeration Hradec Králové, Pardubice, Chrudim would be increased. The possibility of the Power Station service consumption power supply from the Práčov Hydroelectric Power Station was examined. A part of the Work is carrying out the simulative computation the transient processes in the distribution grid and the ability of the Power Station service consumption power supply energizing evaluation. The computation process was carried out in the programme MATLAB. This step is necessary before making the practical test.
