Bakalářská práce mapuje reálnou situaci v podávání výživy dětským pacientům hospitalizovaným na Klinice dětské anesteziologie a resuscitace. Sleduje vliv aplikované výživy na průběh a délku terapie. Teoretická část se věnuje funkci GIT u zdravého, ale i kriticky nemocného jedince, malnutrici a podvýživě, enterální výživě a jejím indikacím, kontraindikacím, komplikacím. This bachelor thesis is mapping the real state of nutrition application to paediatric patiens hospitalized on the Department of paediatric anaesthesiology and resuscitation. It follows up an influence of nutrition applied on the course and length of hospitalization.
