The impact of the Financial Crisis on changes of the organizational structure of the Multinational Corporation

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce s názvem "Vliv finanční krize na změny organizační struktury nadnárodní společnosti" je analýza vlivu, který měla nedávná finanční krize na organizační strukturu společnosti OMV a to na příkladu jedné konkrétní divize této společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí: do úvodu, teoretické části, praktické části a závěru. Nejdříve jsou definovány základní pojmy související s tímto tématem. Zmiňovanými pojmy jsou globalizace, nadnárodní společnost, finanční krize a organizační architektura. Praktická část je zaměřena na organizační strukturu jedné z pěti divizí společnosti OMV a zkoumá, jak se tato struktura důsledkem finanční krize změnila. V závěru práce budou zobecněny získané poznatky, které budou doplněny o vlastní názor autora.

Abstract:

The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis "The impact of the Financial Crisis on changes of the organizational structure of the Multinational Corporation" is the analysis of the impact of the recent Financial crisis on the organizational structure of OMV company. The impact is showed on one division of this company. The work is divided into four parts: introduction, theoretical part, practical part and conclusion. At first there are defined basic concepts which are related to this theme. These concepts are globalization, Multinational Corporation, The Global Financial Cisis and organizational structure. Practical part is focused on the organizational structure of one division of OMV company and it examines how this stucture has changed because of financial crisis. At the end obtained knowledge are generalized and there is also author's opinion.
