Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce „Mediace a ekonomická analýza práva“ je pozitivní ekonomická analýza práva aplikovaná na institut. Smyslem je podrobit prozatím málo známou metodu mediace zkoumání a na základě tohoto rozboru dospět k závěru svědčícím o vhodnosti či nevhodnosti této metody řešení sporů. The goal of the submitted thesis “The Mediation and Economic Analysis of Law“ is a positive economic analysis of law applied on the institute of mediation. The intention of the thesis is to explore still not well known method of mediation and, based on this analysis, to evaluate suitability or unsuitability of mediation.
