Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá exekučním řízením vzhledem k zápisům do katastru nemovitostí. Jsou zde formulovány principy exekučního řízení a to jak obecně, tak i konkrétně ve vztahu k realizaci exekuce prostřednictvím nemovitého majetku.
Abstract:
This bachelor work occupies by exekution with ragard to records into the lend register. In work is formulated basic principle exekution. This principle is generally as well concrete in relation to exekution by real estate.
