Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem laboratorní metody ELISA. Úvodní část se věnuje rozboru jednotlivých složek testu. Od použitých chemikálií až po přístrojové vybavení. Dále jsou vysvětlena různá uspořádání metody. Možné využití metody ELISA pro analýzu a detekci látek v oblasti životního prostředí je cílem závěrečné části práce. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is concerned to the description of the ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay). The first part is devoted to analysis of individual components of the test. From used chemicals to the instrumentation. In addition, various configurations of ELISA are explained.
