Teaching Methods in Secondary Schools During the Coronavirus Crisis and Their Use in the Future

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výukovými metodami používanými během koronavirové krize. Jedním z hlavních cílů bylo zjistit dopad této krize na studenty. Část této práce představuje příklady klasického způsobu výuky i příklady distančního vzdělávání a jejich možného propojení do takzvané hybridní výuky. Dále jsou zde tyto metody srovnávány a zjišťujeme jejich výhody a nevýhody. Druhá část této práce se poté zabývá metodami, které byly použity při výuce během koronavirové krize. Zjišťuje, jaké informační technologie a programy učitelé během krize využili. Tohoto cíle dosahujeme pomocí dotazníkového průzkumu. Díky výsledkům z tohoto šetření bylo zjištěno, jak distanční vzdělávání hodnotí studenti (162 respondentů). Dotazníkový průzkum byl proveden u studentů střední ekonomické školy.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with teaching methods used during the corona-virus crisis. One of the main goals was to find out the impact of this crisis on students. Part of this work presents examples of the classical way of teach-ing as well as examples of distance education and their possible connection to the so-called hybrid teaching. Furthermore, these methods are compared, and we are trying to find out their advantages and disadvantages. The sec-ond part of the work then deals with the methods that were used in teaching during the coronavirus crisis. It finds out what information technologies and programs teachers used during the crisis. We achieved this goal by means of a questionnaire survey. Thanks to the results of this survey, it was found out how distance education is evaluated by students (162 respondents). A ques-tionnaire survey was conducted among students at secondary economic schools.
