Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá označováním vína dle práva Evropské unie. Zaměřuje se na pravidla označování, která jsou stanovena v nařízení Rady (ES) č. 1234/2007 a nařízení Komise (ES) č. 607/2009. Tyto prošly v nedávné době zásadní reformou, která výrazně změnila systém a principy tohoto odvětví. Proto se práce zaměřuje i na rozbor této reformy, její historii, cíle a efektivitu. This thesis concerns wine labelling in the EU law and related legal issues. This text particularly focuses on labelling provisions which are included in Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 607/2009.
