This bachelor thesis focuses on creating a business plan for the establishment of a new hotel garni in Ostrava named Industriál. The thesis defines the theory of entrepreneurship in the hotel industry and the theory of a business plan. It also deal with the description of marketing and analytical methods used in the work.
