Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá měřením transportní účinnosti zlatých nanočástic (Au NP) v systému IR laserové ablace spojené s hmotnostní spektrometrií s indukčně vázaným plazmatem (IR LA ICP MS). This bachelor thesis deals with determination of transport efficiency of gold nanoparticles (Au NP) in mass spectrometry inductively coupled plasma (IR LA ICP MS. Knowledge of the precise number concentration of Au NP in deposited suspension droplets. The number concentration is determined via mass spectrometer with a nebuliser.
