Anotácia:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je popis a analýza indexace pojistné částky v souvislosti s limity pojistného plnění u pojištění majetku. Důraz bude kladen především na následky, které vzniknou v případě nenastavené indexace, dojde-li k pojistné události. Vysvětleno také bude, proč k podpojištění dochází a jak se mu dá předejít. I proto se bude nutné zaobírat problematikou oceňování majetku. Celý proces včetně konsekvencí bude objasněn na ilustrativních příkladech.

Abstract:

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to describe and analyze the indexation of the insured amount in connection to the coverage limits of property insurance. The emphasis is paid at the consequences which arise from the undetermined indexation in the case of the average. Further investigation will prove the reasons why underinsurance occurs and how to avoid it. In order to reach the aim, it will be essential to deal with the property valuation. The entire process including illustrative examples and consequences will be clarified.
