Práca sa zaoberá problematikou diskriminácie žien. Je rozčlenená do štyroch základných kapitol. Objasňuje, čo sa pod pojmom diskriminácia rozumie v bežnom a odbornom jazyku, pozornosť je venovaná predovšetkým jeho právnej definícií.
