Tato práce se věnuje problematice domácího násilí. Je zde charakterizováno domácí násilí, jeho projevy, příčiny, formy, charakteristika osoby, která je ohrožena domácím násilím a násilné osoby, jak se může osoba ohrožená domácím násilím bránit, jaký je trest pro osobu násilnou. This work is devoted to problematic of domestic violence. There is characterized domestic violence, it is cause, forms, characteristic of person, that is threatened by it and of person doing it, how someone can defend against it and punishment for the abuser.
