Selected aspects of active aging policies focusing on the unemployed over 50 years

Abstract:

Diplomová práce shrnuje poznatky o stárnutí populace a vlivu na pracovní trh. Jsou popsány konstrukty trhu práce, politiky zaměstnanosti a vzdělávací politiky. Mapován je koncept aktivního stárnutí ve vybraných aspektech se zaměřením na osoby nad padesát let. Praktická část práce mapuje mínění starších nezaměstnaných na jejich uplatnitelnost na trhu práce, na využívání nástrojů a opatření aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti ke zvýšení zaměstnanosti nejen této věkové skupiny a jejich zájem o další vzdělávání.

Abstract:

This thesis summarizes the findings of the aging population and the impact on the labor market. Constructs are described in the labor market, employment policy and education policy. Mapped to the concept of active aging in selected aspects with a focus on people over fifty years. The practical part of this work presents the opinion of older unemployed on their employability in the labor market, the use of instruments and measures of active employment policy to increase employment, not only in this age group and their interest in further education.
