The optimal solution for collecting claims in the small company

Abstract:

Práce pojednává o způsobu řešení pohledávek ve firmě ABC, s.r.o. Cílem práce je navrhnout zlepšení a zefektivnění procesu vymáhání pohledávek v této firmě včetně preventivních opatření. V teoretické části jsou popsány způsoby vymáhání pohledávek soudní a mimosoudní cestou. Na tuto kapitolu navazuje praktická část, která ukazuje současný stav v oblasti práce s pohledávkami v této firmě a na základě zjištěných skutečností navrhuje účinnější postupy a opatření, které v případě implementace do interních procesů firmy přispějí ke zlepšení v této oblasti.

Abstract:

My thesis describes ABC company´s approach in collecting claims. The goal is to suggest enhancements and reengineering of collecting claims processes in the comany including preventive measurements. The ways of legal and extrajuridicial collecting claims are summed up in the theoretical part. Current situation in field of working with claims in the company follows the theory. On the strengths of determined facts it suggest more efficient procedures and measurements which contribute to improvement of internal company processes in case of their implementation.
