The Present of Love and Tradition in the Bilingual Poetic Works of Louisa Paulin
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to examine the theme of love and tradition in the works of Louisa Paulin, a twentieth-century bilingual French-Occitan writer. It focuses on the thematic and formal analyses of some of Paulin’s selected poems and is accompanied by the comments drawn from the author’s diary and from her private correspondence.
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je postihnout téma lásky a tradice v dvojjazyčném francouzsko-okcitánském díle Louisy Paulin, francouzské spisovatelky 20. století, pocházející z oblasti Okcitánie. Jádro práce tvoří tematická a formální analýza vybraných básní, doprovázená komentáři z autorčina deníku a z její soukromé korespondce.
