Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, zda společnost DHL má na českém trhu výsadní postavení v poskytování expresních služeb, zda poskytuje jejich nejširší portfolio a tím tak dokázala nejvíce rozvinout svůj potenciál v ČR.
