V bakalářské práci se zabývám efektivností nákladů motivačního systému Českých drah, a. s. v období 5 let, práce se dělí na část teoretickou a část praktickou. In the bachelor thesis I examine the cost effectiveness of the incentive system of the Czech Railways, as in the period of 5 years, the thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the motivation in terms of psychology, the concept of motivation and motivation division.
