Proposal of a Teambuilding Programme for a Specific Firm Team

Abstract:

Diplomová práce seznamuje s problematikou v oblasti teambuildingu. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmy teambuilding, jeho příprava a realizace; týmem, týmovou spoluprací a firemní komunikací. Zaměřuje se na firemní týmy. V praktické části je popsána příprava a realizace čtyř teambuildingových programů pro firemní tým úseku speciálních prací společnosti GridServices, s.r.o. Formou dotazníkového šetření je zjišťován přínos teambuildingových programů po jednom roce od realizace. Předložená diplomová práce může být návodem, jak interními zaměstnanci zrealizovat teambuildingový program s pozitivním výsledkem.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis introduces the problems in teambuilding. The theoretical part deals with the concepts of teambuilding, their preparation and realization, team, teamwork, and corporate communications. It focuses on corporate teams. The practical part describes the preparation and implementation of four teambuilding programs for the GridServices company specialty team. In the form of a questionnaire survey, the benefits of teambuilding programs are investigated one year after implementation. The presented diploma thesis can be an instruction how to make a teambuilding program with a positive result by internal employees.
