V této bakalářské práci jsou v první části shrnuty obecné informace o molekulově imprintovaných polymerech, o jejich přípravě a využití. Dále se zabývá popisem možného spojení těchto imprintovaných polymerů s biosenzory, kde slouží jako receptory, dokáží rozpoznat stanovovaný analyt, a mají proto potenciál v lékařské diagnostice. Abstract:
The first part of this bachelor's thesis summarizes general information about molecularly imprinted polymers, their preparation, and use. It further describes the possibility of connecting these imprinted polymers with biosensors, where they can serve as receptors, recognize the analyte to be determined, and therefore have potential in medical diagnostics.
