Interrogation in a special interrogation room

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o výslechu ve speciální výslechové místnosti, která je určena pro zvlášť zranitelnou oběť, především dítě. Využitelnost těchto specializovaných místností se uplatní také u dalších obětí trestných činů. Výslech je nejrozšířenější metodou v kriminalistice a díky němu se získávají kriminalisticky relevantní informace, které napomáhají správnému průběhu vyšetřování. Práce objasňuje podstatu a cíl výslechu, popisuje výslech v trestním řízení, přípravu a dokumentaci výslechu, stádia výslechu, historii a význam speciální výslechové místnosti. Zaměřuje se na vybavení speciální výslechové místnosti včetně demonstračních pomůcek. Práce pojednává také o taktice výslechu dítěte a věrohodnosti výpovědi. Pomocí teoretické i praktické části se výslech zhodnotí jako důkazní prostředek v trestním řízení a prokáže se důležitost speciální výslechové místnosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor‘s thesis deals with interrogation in a special interrogation room, which is designed for a particularly vulnerable victim, especially a child. The usefulness of these specialised rooms is also applicable to other victims of crime. Interrogation is the most widely used method in criminalistics and through it, relevant information is obtained that aids the proper conduct of the investigation. This thesis explains the nature and purpose of interrogation, describes intterogation in criminal proceedings, preparation and documentation of interrogation, stages of interrogation, history and importance of special interrogation room. It focuses on the equipment of the special interrogation room, including demonstrative aids. The thesis also discusses child intterrogation tactics and the credibility of testimony. Using both theoretical and practical sections, the interrogation is evaluated as evidence in criminal proceedings and the importance of the special interrogation room is demonstrated.
