Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje možnosti stanovení methylrtuti atomovou absorpční spektrometrií s elektrotermickou atomizací a s využitím termooxidačního rozkladu na analyzátoru AMA-254. Byla vyvinuta metoda extrakce methylrtuti do toluenu a následně do roztoku L-cysteinu nebo EDTA. This thesis presents the studies about possibilities of methylmercury determination by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry and sample decomposition by thermal oxidation on AMA-254 analyser. The method of methylmercury extraction into toluen and then into solution of L-cysteine or EDTA was developed.
