Tato práce v první části popisuje co to je kriminalistika a stručně se věnuje i její historii. Následně v obecné rovině charakterizuje trestný čin a konkretizuje trestné činy proti životu. Následně se práce zaměřila na trestný čin vraždy, který byl popsán z kriminalistického hlediska. Popsána byla osobnost pachatele i oběti, dále motivy a způsoby páchání trestného činu vraždy. This work in the first part describes what criminology is and briefly deals with its history. Subsequently, it generally characterizes the crime and specifies crimes against life.
