Tato práce se zaměřuje na srovnávání výsledků aspirační cytologie s histologickým vyšetřením. Zabývá se rovněž klinickým významem těchto vyšetření v rámci diagnostiky nádorů podjaterní krajiny. Snaží se upozornit na jejich významnost a nezastupitelné postavení. Skládá se z části teoretické, ve které se zmiňuji o daných vyšetřeních a dočtete se zde obecně o nádorech podjaterní krajiny. This diploma thesis is focusing on comparing the results of aspiration cytology with histological examination. It as well addresses clinical meaning of these examinations within cancer diagnostics in the ?underliver? area. It tries to draw attention to its importance and un-substitutable position.
