Na základě literární rešerše byl zhodnocen současný stav v oblasti separovatelných a recyklovatelných katalyzátorů určených pro enantioselektivní Sharplessovu epoxidaci substituovaných allylalkoholů. V této práci byly navrženy a testovány dva nové heterogenní katalyzátory založené na ethyl-(4-vinylbenzyl)-L-tartrátu. Based on literature review, the current situation in the field of separable and recyclable catalysts for enantioselective Sharpless epoxidation of substituted allylic alcohols was evaluated. In this thesis, two new heterogeneous catalysts based on ethyl-(4-vinylbenzyl)-L-tartrate were designed and tested.
