Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na náklady, nákladové kalkulace a problémy ve stanovení cen u pekařských výrobků. Po teoretické části následuje charakteristika podniku a přehled jeho činností. V analytické části je řešena problematika kalkulačního systému pro stanovení nákladů a cen. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována fixním nákladům.
