Business Continuity Management in Selected Bank's Departments
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá popisem a realizací plánů kontinuity podnikání, popisem řešení situace nefunkčních pracovišť útvarů banky: Dealing a Back office pro finanční trhy, Platební styk, Platební karty. V závěrečné kapitole jsou dána doporučení pro bankovní sektor, jak zkvalitnit plány kontinuity podnikání.
Abstract:
This thesis handles with a description and analysis of the Business Continuity Plan. It also deals with the solution of a nonfunctional Dealing and Back office for financial markets, Payments and Cards workplace situation. In the last chapter the recommendations are given for the bank sphere how to improve the quality of the Business Continuity Plan.
