The relation between co-parenting, self-efficacy and attitudes toward different types of treatment after divorce/break up

Abstract:

ABSTRAKT Vztah mezi spolurodičovstvím, vědomím vlastní účinnosti a postoji k různým typům porozvo-dové péče. Tato práce si klade dva cíle. První výzkumná otázka je hledání souvislosti mezi spolurodičovstvím (rodi-čovskou aliancí) v manželství a jeho jednotlivými součástmi a pozitivními, či negativními postoji k různým typům porozvodové péče/ po rozchodové péče (Společná, Výhradní, Střídavá). Zabývá se komunikací v manželství o věcech dítěte, zájmem jeden o druhého mezi rodiči či partnery a podporou jeden druhého v rámci manželství. V rámci první VO bylo zjištěno na signifikantní hladině významnosti, že existuje sou-vislost mezi úrovní spolurodičovství a intenzitou postoje k porozvodové péči. Tento vztah se ale zvyšuje či snižuje u všech typů porozvodové péče stejně. Druhá VO této práce hledá souvislost mezi spolurodičovstvím (rodičovskou aliancí) a vědomím vlastní účinnosti sebe sama jako rodiče. V rámci této práce byla na signifikantní hladině prokázána souvislost mezi pozitivními součástmi spolurodičovství (schopnost ocenit druhého partnera jako rodiče a komunikovat s ním o věcech dítěte, podpora a rozdělení povinností v rámci mateřství a partnerství) a vědomím vlastní účinnosti (schopnost si být vědoma svých talentů a limitů v rámci rodičovství). Výzkumný vzorek byl složen z 562 žen-matek ve věku mezi 21 a 61 roky (průměrný věk 34.0, SD=6.43). Průměrný počet dětí byl 1.84 (SD=0.85; min=1, max=5). Průměrná délka partnerství byla 10.5 roku (SD=6.11 let; min=1 rok, max=35 let). Výzkumná metoda byla dotazník. Dotazník byl složen z dvou přejatých testů (1= spolurodičovství, 2= vě-domí vlastní účinnosti), Dále byla vytvořena měřící metoda na postoje k různým typům porozvodové péče (sémantický diferenciál). Abstract:

Abstract The relation between co-parenting, self-efficacy and attitudes toward different types of custody after divorce, broke up. This thesis has two research questions. First research question is looking for connections between co-parenting (parenting alliance) in marriage and anyone of his components in itself and positive, or negative attitudes towards different types of custody after divorce/broke up (Shared custody, Sole custody, Alternate custody, Join custody). Our thesis has a first goal to define what connection between co-parenting and custody is. There was shown on significance level that there is existing relation between level of co-parenting and intensity of attitudes towards every one of the types of the custody. This connection is same in case of shared custody, sole custody, alternate custody and also join custody. Connection is the strongest with negative components of co-parenting. It explains about communication about child in marriage, interest of both about child and also about each other, and support of parents in marriage about common stuff. Second research question is looking for connections between co-parenting (parenting alliance) and self- effi-cacy as a parent. We would like to find some connections between capabilities of know my interest, talent and limits in parenting and ability appreciate our partner as a partner. Same like communicating with the partner about child, support and labour of obligation in parenting and partnership. In this second research question there was approved on significance level existence of connection between positive components of co-parenting and self-efficacy. Research sample is 562 women- mother in the age between 21 and 61 years (average age 34.0, SD=6.43). Average number of children was 1.84 (SD=0.85; min=1, max=5). Average time of partnership was 10,5 years (SD=6.11 years; min=1 year, max=35 years). The research method was a questionnaire. The questionnaire is composed from 2 loan method (1= co-parenting, 2= self-efficacy) and one method was created for needs of research (attitudes towards custody- semantic differential).
