Tato diplomová práce se zabývá projektem zlepšení mimomzdové motivace zaměstnanců ve firmě IVAX Pharmaceuticals s. r. o., Opava {--} Komárov. Na základě poznatků z teorie se zabývá analýzou mimomzdové motivace společnosti IVAX Pharmaceuticals s. r. o. a návrhem projektu. Byla zde představena firma a zanalyzována její mimomzdová motivace zaměstnanců. Pomocí analýzy dotazníků byly zjištěny důležité informace …more
Abstract:
This diploma dissertation deal with the motivation of employees in the company IVAX Pharmaceuticals regardless of wages. Basing on theory, I achieved a motivation of employees regardless of wages analysis and I put forward a project. The company is introduced and its employees´ motivation analysed. I used a questionnaire to get the information, which contributed to better wording of proposals and recommendation …more
