Possibilities of Participation of Citizens in Public Affairs
Abstract:
Práce poukazuje na možnosti a formy účasti občana na správě veřejných záležitostí se zaměřením na místní (obecní) správu. Tyto možnosti analyzuje s poukazem na jejich právní regulaci včetně úpravy v mezinárodním, především evropském právu. Provádí jejich hodnocení a krátce nastiňuje možný další rozvoj těchto institutů.
Abstract:
The thesis points out possibilities and forms of participation of citizens in administration of public matters in consideration of local (regional) administration. These possibilities are are analysed with pointing out their juristic regulation with inclusion of adjusting in international, especially European law.
