Tato studie zkoumala, zda se efekt cizího jazyka projevuje v rozhodování o trestech za osobní trestné činy ve vinětách. Vzorek 230 českých účastníků četl tři viněty, v nichž byl experimentálně manipulován jazyk dotazníku (L1 / L2) a sympatičnost pachatele. A vignette experiment was conducted to investigate whether the foreign language effect influences punishment judgments of offenders of personal crimes in crime vignettes. A sample of 230 Czech participants read three vignettes in which the language of the questionnaire (L1 / L2) and the likeability of the offender were experimentally manipulated.
