Tato studie zkoumala, zda se efekt cizího jazyka projevuje v rozhodování o trestech za osobní trestné činy ve vinětách. Vzorek 230 českých účastníků četl tři viněty, v nichž byl experimentálně manipulován jazyk dotazníku (L1 / L2) a sympatičnost pachatele. A vignette experiment was conducted to investigate whether the foreign language effect influences punishment judgments of offenders of personal crimes in crime vignettes.
