Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou a následným otestováním RapidPlan modelu, který urychlí tvorbu VMAT plánů pro oblast hlavy a krku. V teoretické části jsou obsaženy obecné informace o nádorovém onemocnění, dále popis nádorových onemocnění hlavy a krku, zdroje záření v radioterapii, frakcionace, cílové objemy a ozařovací techniky. The bachelor thesis deals with the creation and subsequent testing of a model using RapidPlan, which will accelerate the creation of VMAT plans for head and neck. The theoretical part contains general information about cancer, a description of head and neck cancer, radiation sources in radiotherapy, fractionation, target volumes and irradiation techniques.
