Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ERP, CRM, ECM a BI systémy v malé výrobně obchodní společnosti. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav ve firmě, zjistit jeho nedostatky a navrhnout řešení pro zlepšení. Vedení firmy na základě zjištěných nedostatků definuje požadavky na nový systém. Návrh celkového řešení zahrnuje i kalkulaci investice do nového systému.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with issue of ERP, CRM, ECM and BI systems in small manufacture-business company. The goal of this work is analyzing present state in company, assure the deficiencies and propose solution for improve. Management of company pursuant detected deficiencies defines requirements of new system. The proposal of complete solution includes even calculation of investment into new system.
