Abstract:
Obsahem diplomové práce je právně-odborně popsat systém důchodového pojištění a jednotlivé dávky, kterými je tvořen v České republice. Práce je zpracována přehledně tak, aby od obecných informací byly jednotlivé dávky konkretizovány včetně zhodnocení jejich významu vzájemné provázanosti a problému s nimiž se průběžně musí vypořádávat. The content of the thesis is to legally and professionally describe the pension insurance system and the individual benefits that constitute it in the Czech Republic.
