Abstract:

Marta Šenkyříková Počet stran: 126 stran Počet příloh: 5 příloh Rok obhajoby: 2012 Souhrn: Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou života s komorovou srdeční arytmií a s implantabilním kardioverterem-defibrilátorem. Teoretická část popisuje charakteristiku přístroje i jeho historický vývoj. Dále se zaměřuje na typy srdečních arytmií, které vyžadují implantaci kardioverteru-defibrilátoru a ostatní onemocnění, která mohou být také indikací k jeho implantaci. Popisuje také možné komplikace po implantaci a na závěr i nutná doporučení a omezení pro pacienty s implantabilním kardioverterem-defibrilátorem. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, provedeného v listopadu 2011 až únoru 2012 na kardiologických klinikách a ambulancích vybraných nemocnic. Cílem tohoto šetření bylo zjistit výskyt pooperačních komplikací po implantaci kardioverteru-defibrilátoru. Zjistit jak implantace působí na vnímání vlastního zdravotního stavu. A zjistit zda došlo ke změnám či omezením v sociální a pracovní oblasti života pacienta. Výsledky jsou shrnuty v diskusi a závěru práce.

Marta Šenkyříková Number of pages: 126 pages Number of supplements: 5 annexes Year of defence: 2012 Summary: This thesis deals with the problems of life with ventricular arrhythmias and cardiac implantable cardioverter-defibrilator. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of the device and historical development. It then focuses on the types of cardiac arrhythmias requiring implantation of cardioverter-defibrilator and other diseases that may also be indications for its implantation. It also describes the possible complications and at the conclusion and recommendations and restrictions necessary for patients with the implantable cardioverter-defibrilator. In the practical part present the results of a questionnaire survey conducted in November 2011 to February 2012 to cardiological outpatient clinics and selected hospitals. The aim of this investigation was to determine the incidence of postoperative complications after implantation affect perception of their own health. And find out whether there were changes or restrictions in social and labor spheres of the patient. The results are summarized in the discussion and conclusion.
