Abstract:
Anotace: Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat příležitosti a hrozby Českého korfbalového svazu, nacházející se ve vnějším prostředí odvětví korfbalu. Práce obsahuje pojmy sportovního managamentu a managamentu organizací. Hlavní část práce tvoří situační analýza vnějšího prostředí Českého korfbalového svazu a následná identifikace příležitostí a hrozeb, kterým svaz čelí.

Abstract: The aim of this thesis is to identify opportunities and threats of the Czech korfball association, which are located in the external environment korfbal sector.
