Práce se zabývá ošetřovatelským procesem u pacienta s nespecifickým střevním zánětem. V teoretické části práce je popsána anatomie a funkce zažívacího ústrojí, Crohnova choroba, ulcerózní kolitida, charakteristika, příčina, příznaky, diagnostické metody a sociální aspekty onemocnění a různé způsoby léčby nemoci, jako je konzervativní, biologická a chirurgická. The thesis deals with the nursing process in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases.
