Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením efektivnosti skladovacího systému ve společnosti Alliance Healthcare s.r.o.. Investiční projekt má za úkol zefektivnění logistických činností v konkrétním podniku implementací nového automatického skladovacího systému firmy Knapp AG. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části je obecně vymezen pojem logistiky, dále definuji cíle zásobování, nedostatky a technologický vývoj, v neposlední řadě použité analýzy, metody a ukazatele. V druhé části se zaměřuji na konkrétní firmu, její popis, hodnocení stávajícího stavu a implementaci řešení. Tato část je věnována praktické analýze. Velká pozornost je kladena na zhodnocení finanční efektivity investice v rámci implementací s činností spojených s logistikou. Základním cílem je zhodnotit efektivnost realizace investičního projektu, definice přínosu nového skladovacího systému a návratnost dané investice, která je hodnocena jak po stránce finanční, tak po stránce zkvalitňování služeb v logistickém procesu. Prioritou zůstává dosažení optimální úrovně poskytovaných služeb zákazníkům při minimálních nákladech.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with analyzing the efficiency of the storage system in the company Alliance Healthcare. The investment project is aimed at streamlining the logistics activities in the concrete firm by implementation of a new automatic storage system from Knapp AG. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part is generally defined the term of logistics, then I define the targets of supply, the insufficiencies and the technological development, not least the analyses, methods and indicators used. In the second part I focus on the specific firm, itś description, the evaluation of the current situation and the implementation of solution. This part is dedicated to the practical analysis. Great attention is paid to the evaluation of the financial efficiency of investment within the implementations of activities related to the logistics. The fundamental objective is to evaluate the efficiency of realization of the investment project, the definition of the contribution of the new storage system and the return on the investment which is assessed from both financial side and improvement of services in logistics process. The priority remains to achieve the optimal level of providing services to the customers at minimal costs.
