Automatické ostření v rastrovacím elektronovém mikroskopu

Automatic focusing in scanning electron microscope
Abstract:
This work examines behaviour of existing sharpening functions and their aplicability in various sharpening strategies of the Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The goal is to evaluate and time-shift these functions on the various sub-selections of the images obtained from SEM with respect to the detectability of the optimal plane.
Abstract:
Táto práca skúma správanie 16 existujúcich ostriacich funkcií a ich použiteľnosť pri rôznych stratégiach ostrenia v skenovacej elektrónovej mikroskopii (SEM). Cieľom je vyhodnotiť a časovo vyjadriť dané funkcie na rôznych podvýberoch obrazov získaných zo SEM s ohľadom na detekovatelnosť optimálnej roviny.
